RINO Betrayal Exposed: Charlie Kirk Warns Trump of Establishment Push for Amnesty Just Days After Historic Immigration Win

Trump Caught Red-Handed Lying in Crazy '200 Deals' Interview

In the aftermath of President Trump’s monumental victory with the passing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, conservative voices are warning that traitorous insiders within the Republican establishment are already moving to undermine the legislation’s bold vision.

Charlie Kirk, the outspoken founder of Turning Point USA, has sounded the alarm on a coordinated effort by so-called “RINO” Republicans and political elites to push for mass amnesty—threatening the core achievements of the bill and the America First movement itself.

The One Big Beautiful Bill, signed just days ago, was hailed by Trump supporters as a triumph for working-class Americans and border security advocates alike.

The bill eliminated taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security income while simultaneously allocating a staggering $175 billion toward strengthening ICE, expanding border enforcement, and accelerating deportations.

It was a policy victory many thought impossible under previous administrations—proof that President Trump was back in command and delivering for the people.

But even as conservative America celebrated, Kirk says the political class in Washington was plotting behind closed doors. According to Kirk, he received a series of calls from powerful insiders mere hours before the legislation was even signed. Their message was clear: it’s time for amnesty.

“Literally, the day before President Donald Trump was signing the big, beautiful bill, I got a couple phone calls from people that you would call members of the ruling class,” Kirk revealed during his broadcast this week.

“A lot of money and a lot of connections. They said, ‘Charlie, isn’t this amazing? We passed the big, beautiful bill.’ I said, ‘Oh yes, sir.’ And they said, ‘Now we need mass amnesty.’”

The idea that such a betrayal could come so swiftly after a major conservative win has shocked many on the right. Kirk made it clear that the callers were not left-wing activists or Democrats—but supposedly “Republican” allies who had publicly supported the bill.

“They said, ‘Yeah, you know, these deportations, we’re going to lose the midterms because of the deportations,’” Kirk continued. “‘The people on the right, they’ll understand, and we need to come to the middle and legalize the 25 million people here in this country.’”

It was a stunning admission that exposes just how deeply embedded the amnesty agenda remains within Washington, even under a Republican administration. And it’s exactly the kind of swamp behavior Trump promised to eliminate.

Kirk didn’t mince words about the threat. “There is a movement afoot as I am doing this broadcast, and this is bigger than anything with Epstein. This is bigger than anything with tax cuts. It is happening right now in Washington D.C.,” he said. “And I can say this from firsthand experience, that people are pushing President Trump for amnesty.”

Indeed, this betrayal from within echoes a familiar theme: elites attempting to override the will of the American people with backroom deals and compromises that serve globalist interests, not national ones.

Mass amnesty has long been a goal of the corporate and donor class, who benefit from a cheap labor pool and a voting bloc that leans Democrat. But it flies in the face of what President Trump campaigned on and what the American people overwhelmingly support—secure borders, lawful immigration, and national sovereignty.

While Kirk remains confident that Trump personally opposes amnesty, he pointed to a moment from the former president’s July 3 rally in Iowa that raised some concerns.

During the rally, Trump mentioned the plight of long-time farm workers who face deportation despite years of employment. His comment suggested a willingness to explore a potential compromise on certain immigration cases, which Kirk described as a “soft amnesty” position—something the grassroots base must watch closely.

“President Donald Trump was talking about potentially doing a bipartisan compromise deal for illegals that have stolen Social Security numbers, that are illegally domiciling themselves here in the country, that are all felons,” Kirk warned. “Every single one of them are felons. They’re just not yet indicted felons.”

This moment highlights the difficult balancing act facing Trump. On one hand, he is under immense pressure from establishment insiders, donors, and even some business owners to “moderate” his immigration stance. On the other, he faces a loyal grassroots base that overwhelmingly supports hardline enforcement and sees any path to legalization as a betrayal.

At the Iowa rally, Trump stated, “People have worked on a farm for 14, 15 years and they get thrown out pretty viciously and we can’t do it. We got to work with the farmers and people that have hotels and leisure properties too… We’re going to work very strong and smart and we’re going to put you in charge.”

This compassionate framing is classic Trump—a businessman who understands the practical realities of agriculture and hospitality, but also a leader who built his movement on the promise of law and order. His supporters know this, and they trust that Trump will not cave to the pressure of the D.C. elite.

Still, the push for amnesty has begun. And if history teaches us anything, it’s that the swamp never sleeps. After decades of broken promises from both parties, American voters are rightly skeptical whenever the words “bipartisan immigration deal” are floated. Those words have often meant a flood of new illegal entrants, lax enforcement, and no real accountability for those who break the law.

Kirk’s revelation is a warning shot to the America First movement. It is a reminder that policy victories are only as strong as the vigilance of those who defend them. The establishment may wear Republican pins and wave the flag, but their ultimate loyalty lies elsewhere—often with donors, lobbyists, and global interests.

If the push for amnesty succeeds, it won’t be because the American people wanted it. It will be because once again, the ruling class believed they could outmaneuver the voters. That’s why Kirk is urging grassroots conservatives to stay alert, speak out, and hold the line.

“This is not some conspiracy theory,” Kirk said. “This is real. They are pushing it now. They want to trade your victory for their agenda. And we cannot let that happen.”

The truth is, amnesty is not just a policy disagreement—it’s a breaking point. It divides those who believe in the rule of law from those who believe in rule by exception.

It separates the nationalist from the globalist, the working man from the donor class. And for Trump, it is a test of loyalty—not just to his base, but to the principles that made his political movement possible.

With the One Big Beautiful Bill now law, America has a rare opportunity to rebuild its immigration system on a foundation of order, merit, and legality. To squander that moment with another amnesty would be to repeat the mistakes of the past—and betray the very people Trump vowed to protect.

Charlie Kirk’s warning should not be ignored. The grassroots must remain energized and vocal. Now is the time to remind Washington that “America First” is not just a slogan—it’s a mandate. And the people who gave Trump the White House once will do it again, as long as he keeps faith with their cause.

As for the RINOs and political elites plotting behind closed doors? The message from the base is simple: we see you. And we will remember.
